Refund policy

🔁 นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน (Return & Refund Policy)

- เนื่องจากสินค้าเป็นเสื้อผ้ามือสอง ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงินทุกกรณี

- กรุณาอ่านรายละเอียดสินค้าและตรวจสอบภาพถ่ายก่อนตัดสินใจสั่งซื้อ

- หากสินค้ามีปัญหาที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของทางร้าน เช่น ได้รับสินค้าผิดรายการ กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 3 วันหลังได้รับสินค้า เพื่อพิจารณากรณีเฉพาะ

- ในกรณีที่มีการอนุมัติให้คืนเงิน การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางเดิมที่ลูกค้าใช้ในการชำระเงิน โดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 5–10 วันทำการ

- ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งคืนสินค้า เว้นแต่กรณีที่เกิดจากความผิดของทางร้าน

 

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being second-hand clothing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please carefully read the product descriptions and review all photos before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong item or the issue is caused by our mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the case individually.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method, and may take approximately 5–10 business days to process.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the issue was caused by our shop.
